Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I got back from a 4 day cruise recently. On the ship I had some issues with motion sickness. Since returning home I have a stuffed nose and feel nauseas and a little woozy and I m more tired than usual. I m not sure if I m having motion sickness problems or just getting sick. What can I do to help with the nausea?
To help with motion sickness you will need to take Dimenhydrinate. While you use this you have to be cautious that this might cause you to be a bit drowsy and it might be advised not to drive while you are under the effect of the pills.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
