How Can Muscle Spasms And Numbness In The Legs Be Treated?
Hi my name is Tyra Goodson, and i am 44 years old. My problem is, I have been dealing with muscle spasms for about a week now. I was given muscle relaxers for the pain. Now, my legs especially on the left side are starting to like they are going numb, like from the butt cheeks to down my leg in the calf. Is this something to be concerned about. I hate to keep going to the hospital or my private physicians.
Kindly take the medication what you have been prescribed. Along with it you need to take supplement with calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamin D medications. Keep yourself well hydrated with consumption of water and oral rehydration solution. Also, you need to take medication-containing thiamine, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, and antioxidant compounds like vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, and lipoic acid regularly. Gradually, your symptoms should show improvement toward normal.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
