How Can Mild Dizziness And Ringing In The Ears Be Treated?

I have a very mild dizziness that came yesterday. May be better today. Does not keep me from normal functioning. I do have mild ringing in my ears but have had that for a long time. Am not aware of it unless I think about it. OTC meds do not help the ringing-like Lippoflavinoid. Have checked B\P and it is slightly elevated-135/85.
