How Can Migraine In A Child Be Treated?

I think my 6 year old Daughter has migraine, because her fever medicine that her doctor prescribed is not working and today is the 2nd day and she still complains her head hurts, I have migraine all the time and I would take caffox as my regular medicine. Please advice.
