Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was diagnosed with 2 Meningiomas in early Nov. located near the frontal lobe. One was a grade I lesion, the other a grade II meningioma that was invading the bone and on the brain side went through the pia, and had adema and cysts. Both were removed with GTR. Now trying to decide if I need IMRT to the tumor bed or to wait and watch and treat with radiation if it regrows. What are you recommending to your a-typical GTR patients?
