How Can Marginal Osteophytes With Reduced Disc Space Be Treated?

I had a bicycle accident in December 2010. I banged my chin, face and shoulder on the floor. At approximately 20 days each, I began feeling discomfort in hir neck. I did as I had an RX and diagnosis: marginal osteophytes at C5 and C6 and reduced disc space between these vertebrae. Play tennis and swimming, and this has given me great inconvenience. I only feel some discomfort. What should I do?
