How Can Low Grade Fever And Pain In The Joints Be Treated?

I present a low grade fever 99.4, with aches in joints and spine for 3 days. Take ibuprofen and it barely touches the pain. Yesterday I started shaking with chills for about 30 minutes. Sugar fine in zone. No congestion, sniffles or any bug like symptoms. No back kidney pain or uti possibilities. Weird...
