Hello,

Osteoporosis is treated with daily supplementation of daily calcium and vitamin D. If not improved, need to take bisphosphonate to prevent osteoporosis.

If you fear about bisphosphonate, you can take Denosumab drug, monoclonal antibodies is used for osteoporosis. Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
