How Can Low Blood Pressure Be Treated?

I am on Amlodipine & DLT XR for hypertension & I also have A-Fib, I went from 5 mgs. of Amlodipine to 2,5 mg. because the bottom number of my B/P went to 40 & I fainted, I usually take it at night, but I just checked my B/P & it is 125/48, P-77, I am afraid to take it , what should I do?
