How Can Large Bumps On The Face Be Treated?

My daughter (drug addict) has these huge bumps on face and arms... she claims poison oak or ivy, doesnt look like that to me...resembles meth sores... she does not have eratic symptons like no sleep or paranoia but these bunps are all over.. they have been staying in some pretty bad hotels... im concerned
