How Can Keloids On The Chest Be Removed?

Hi Doctor I am XXXX(Male) Age 27 Yrs. I am having 4 to 5 which are very small and average in size Keloids on my chest. Doctors gave me treatment with Injections and they spread and these injections are not effective. Request you to please provide your guidance

HI,

Keloids are caused by overreaction of our bodies due to trauma. The more someone manipulates them the more likely they will grow.

Steroid injections (which I think you already have been using) might be used, if these are not successful then surgical treatment can be tried followed by pressure dressing or garment, in this case the chance of keloid recurrence is less than 10%.
