How Can Itchy Rashes On The Wrists Be Treated?

I have had this rash for over 1 1/2 months now. it started out itching then became a hard blister like spot. now the spots look similar to ringworm after the blister is gone . they hurt if I press on them, its on both palms down by my wrist, they have left little crater areas with a raised out line

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take antihistamines like Pheniramine for itching.

You can also apply topical steroid creams for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
