How Can Itchy Rashes On The Body Be Treated?

I went to Nairobi Kenya for the last week in september. I was supposed to stay 2 weeks in kenya and 2 weeks in zambia; i came home early because of no sleep...I couldn t sleep because i fought mosquitoes for about 3 nights...no sleep. about a week after i got home, i started breaking out in patches of a very itchy rash....i m still itching. I ve tried hydracortisone cream, benadryl cream....nothing seems to help....except VERY hot water in the shower. Also i m recovering from stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer. had my last chemo over a year ago. just finished another checkup at cancer treatment centers of america in newnan, georgia....all is well....but i m still itching? what can help the itching and patches of rashes..on elbows, abdomen, inside thighs, back of knees. thanks
