How Can Itchy Insect Bite On The Right Foot Be Treated?

top of feet, started as insect bite couple of years ago on right foot. now on both feet across the the top of the foot, dry skin some swelling and severe itching purple in color now have some dry spots on the foot both sides as well....dry skin, swelling and itching. treated with cortizone with 10, has not gotten any better

@ Insect bite management is a multi factorial approach as
# keep the area clean with antiseptic liquids
# ice application 3 times a day
# lavender oil and coconut oil alternate application every 6 hourly
# avoid tight fitting shoes
# benadryl can cover itching part
# use of systemic antibiotics or anti fungal , anti inflammatory requirement
depends upon physical examination .
