Hello there I have read through your question and can understand your concern. It seems you have developed balanitis which is inflammation of the penis head. It may be due to infection or too much friction. If there is no discharge you may apply a steroid cream to relieve the itching. If there is discharge I would advise you to get tested for STDs. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
