Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Perhaps it is an infected eczematous dermatitis. I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid along with antibiotic combination e.g fluticasone propionate and Mupirocin ointment Or mometasone furoate and fusidic acid cream, twice daily for a few days. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Tab cetrizine once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
