I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your query, you have itching and acne scars on the face which is a very common problem in your age due to hormonal changes, stress, oily skin and excessive exposure to the sun.

You should eat fresh fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin.

I would suggest you wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply the cream containing Azelaic acid which is safe and very effective.

If the condition does not get better in a month, then consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. The doctor may prescribe Retinoid ointment and an antibiotic.
