How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?

Ho there, i was diagnosed laste year feb with endometriosis.laporoscopy .burned it And tied my tubes.since january 18 i have irregular bleeding up to 20days straigt.i have an hormone imbalance.i dont use any medication. Will pentegon injection help me? I was for 6years on it with not n single complain.? Never had a period.no pain.no skin problems. Vissane does not work for me. Can the 3mnts pentogen help?
