Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should know that tapeworms has a different treatment from roundworms. Tapeworm infections are usually treated with Praziquantel (Biltricide). But, common treatments for a roundworm infection include Mebendazole or Albendazole (Albenza) as you have done. If you continue to pass them you should do again a stool for parasite and repeat the treatment according your doctor advise.

I hope my answer helps you.

Regards.
