How Can Inter Menstrual Vaginal Spotting Be Treated?

I usually have a healthy cycle of about 25 day’s. I got my period on the 6th of November, almost two weeks ago and after the 5 day’s of normal flow ,I have been having dark red spotting ever since. Went to the doctor and he gave me Dicynone, which I have been taking for 3 day’s but haven’t seen a different. I’m not pregnant and I’m 27 with no kids. I’m scheduled for a ultra sound Friday. I don’t have any pain or smell with discharge. Is there anything else I can take to stop the spotting until the ultra sound?

I think it is going to stop soon. Maybe your doctor should have given even primolut to stop bleeding.
