How Can Inflammation In The Knees Be Managed?

Wow, its 12:10 AM EST I started this note at 12:02 I do believe I must be getting sleepy. I recently purchased the tonic: Jin Ja and started using the concentrated version, adding it to water however for inflammation in my knees. I have also been taking Ibuprofen for pain at night before bed and in the mornings. My goal is to wan myself off of the medication and more or less rely on the herbal drink to aide in reducing the inflammation and protect my stomach lining. My question, will the Cayenne in this drink ( 4 0z 2-3xs/day) upset my stomach lining as well? It is my goal to not have to depend on either. What specific exercises should I do, walking tends to exacerbate the condition? Unfortunate for me I despise swimming pools or hot tubs.

Hello,

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
