How can inflammation in the body be reduced?

I want to cut inflammation in my body. I currently take 300 mg Ranitidine, Singular and cetirizine. I would like to add a turmeric supplement, as well as a B-complex and Vitamin D. (I was low in September on both of those.) What is a safe dosage of these supplements and is there any drug interactions?
