How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi, I am 36old and Im trying to concive for a 4 years. I have some small miomas in my uterus but doctors told me that it is not the reason of my infertility. Before 3 years I used Clomid tablets and Pregnyl injecitons for 4 month but no results. Last year I got Femara+Pregnyl also no results. This year I made it hcg for second time and doctor said that tubes are open. This month I used Fostimon injections from day 5 of cycle for five days. And after ultrasound doctor calculated my days for intercourse. Than prescribe me Duphaston from day 15 of cycle for 15days.But today is my day 18 and Im feeling like some PMS signs...Is this normal sign while using Duphaston or there was no reaciton at all? What wolud be my next step to treat my infertility? I am very upsed... Thank you
