How Can Immunity And Lung Capacity Of A Premature Baby Be Improved?

My daughter was born extremely premature in 26th week weighing 940gms. She was in nicu for 45 days. Oxygen was administered to her for almost a month. She is now 22 months old. Though she is growing fine, she often falls sick. Cough, cold affects her every now and then. She has to be given nebuliser , antibiotics, injections etc. May I please know ways to improve her immunity and lung capacity. Until when the effects of prematurity will last on her system. Please advice. Thank you

Continue breastfeeding.

No specific treatment is required now.

Avoid exposure to dust and other contaminants.

He will be immunocompromised for certain period of time and will regain immunity later.

Consult a neonatologist for expert opinion.
