How Can Immobility And Tremors In The Legs Be Treated?

It started over a year ago tingling sensations like pins and needles in my arms legs and feet and a burning sensation in my feet then came the rearly bad muscle spasms and incontience problems and it felt like I was aving tremors in my arms and legs more so on my right side than my left was constantly tired just had no energy I suffered for about a year like this then about November it just seem to go away started to get on with life then one morning mid January woke up with the sensations again over a few days was suffering as I had done but much worse this time the most frightening thing was getting up to go to the toilet gettin to the door it was like I was froze to the spot like my legs had stopes working my knees where jerking back and forth but I just cudnt move my legs it was like I was froze to the spot please can you help me
