How Can I Maintain The Skin Tone Obtained After Using Skin Lite Cream?
hello Doc, I have a question I am using SkinLite for my pigmentation, Seeing very positive results. As i could notice it contain steroid I hesitate to continue. Do suggest me the secret how to maintain the improvised skin tone obtained from skil lite.
Welcome to healthcaremagic. I have read your query and understood your concern.
I am Dr, Anshul Varshney. I will try my best to briefly solve your query.
Skinlite, as you have already mentioned, is a steroid containing preparation which initially gives a positive response but later on continuous and repeated use, skin becomes addicted to it. It is associated with multiple side effects in the form of redness, thinning of skin, excess hair growth, discoloration of skin, telengiectasias and many more.
I will strongly recommend you to stop using it at the earliest.
Instead you may use a god moisturizer and creams containing depigmenting agents like kojic acid, vitamin C, arbutin, liquorice etc.
I hope it helps.
Good luck.
