General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

When two doctors have different opinions as to a skin tag or hemorrhoids, the best diagnosis can be done by a general surgeon and get proctoscopy to get a confirmed diagnosis.

Since, you are 60 years old request for colonoscopy too.

As you have not mentioned the symptoms, it is difficult to know the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
