Hi dear , As per your query you have pus filled pimples on your cheeks . This is very common problem . Th common reasons for pimples are stress , hormonal changes , oily skin and excessive sun exposure . The pores of sebaceous glands become blocked , dead skin and bacteria get entrapped in then and case infection and pus formation. I would suggest you to wash your face with cold water and mild soap or facewash containing benzoyl peroxide twice a days and apply azelaic acid cream after washing face . Also apply vitamin C serum at night . If condition doesn t improve in a week or two then consult dermatologist for proper examination .
