How Can Herpes Simplex Be Treated?

Hello sir/madam, I am suffering from herpes type 1,My problem is quite different frm others.I had first virus outbreak when I was 17..now I am 25 and since then it reoccurs .first outbreak was on lips and it was severe painfull.after medication it disappear but after few days white spots were appeared tht place on lips and still remain same .sometimes virus outbreaks are on whole body specially elbows, knees, fingers ,undernose, outerears, near eyes and lips.it’s so itcy and intolerable.but never had on genetic parts. And these area also turns white but after few months they turned black and slowly slowly these area retains skin colour.. But my main problem is on lips…it still remain white at place of outbreaks. Doctor prescribed me aciclovir tablets and cream too.I used tacrolimus oinment 0.1% but didn’t worked..nowadays using melgain lotion, antoxid hc capsule prescribed by dermatologist. I just hate these blisters.I dont want to be these again in future. I hesitate to talk anyone as they stares everytime to my lips.its really embarrassing. I am desperate too. Pls tell me is these medications are effected or not,if yes how much time it will take to cure
