How Can Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

my autistic son as been off on his behavior recently,, he is 24 abd usualy very loving.. But not when he is not feeling well. so we noticed a few mths ago he was bleeding fron his butt. hi up,,happens about once a mth and I have been cleaning the area and keeping it dry..sorey my spelling is awful.. but as the hole closes up he is better in his behavior..going to local doctor in 2 days..can we deal with it with antibiotics first before any surgery is needed..

Hi,

You should have diagnosed first. It's really a hemorrhoids or fissures, it also leads to blood in stool. Both can be treated with laxative, xylocaine cream local application while going to stool pass.

Antibiotic course for prevention of secondary infection and sitz bath for 30 minutes which really works very well.
