General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

Thank you for reaching out to Health Care Magic.

Hemorrhoids are seen when there is swelling in the anal opening. This can cause pain, itching, and sometimes difficulty in passing stool.

Hemorrhoids often present with few complications and can be managed easily in most cases. Here are a few things one can try -
Eat a balanced diet
Take a high fiber diet
Drink lots of water
Avoid straining excessively when passing stool
Get lots of rest
Sit in a sitz bath of water and sodium bicarbonate

In case the symptoms persist despite these remedies, seeing a doctor would be a good idea.

I hope this helps. Please reach out to me if you have any other questions.
