ihave left hemifacial spam last 12 year , we take treatment of sagrital, gaba pentin .... no improvemenr as well taken butox no improvement still. i want know what is the next treatment.

You can also try drugs like Baclofen or Carbamazepine. If medical management and Botox fails, you have to undergo surgery to relieve the pressure on your facial nerve. Wishing you good health.
