How Can Headache And Swelling On The Ankles Be Treated?

I accompanied my sister to her Drs visit . While she was trying to get up on the surface she started falling back I jumped up to try and catch her and her dr also jumped between us , domino effect we all fell they landed on me and I hit the floor front head first and on knees , now this happened Tuesday and I have pain on my head frontal face , nose sinus area and eye socket , they took an X-ray of my knee and ankle just swollen tissue and degenerative knee disease in all I saw it was around 400 lbs that landed on my legs back.

Noted the history and understood your concerns. My thoughts and suggestions are as below. The fall and consecutive injury was certainly not heard of but has caused a problem with you.Since the X-rays of knee and ankle are fine nothing much to worry about.
You can do the following in such a situation:
Since the trauma is of soft tissues it is mandatory to take a full rest for proper healing to occur.
Continue the anti-inflammatory medications that you must have been prescribed for.
Take an opinion of an Orthopedic Surgeon if needed for any further evaluation, investigations and proper management.
