Hi,

Your history is very short for me to comment. But I will try to do my best. Most of the patient which I see in my clinic have a headache due to the bright light i.e sun, computer screen or loud sound.

I just advice them to take frequent breaks from computers and reduce the brightness. And most of the headache is simply treated with Paracetamol.

If you repeatedly have a headache, when exposed to bright light. You may be having Migraine. For that, you can consult a neurologist for the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
