Hello,

Please get an x-ray done for the right hip joint. X-ray right hip joint (Ap & Lateral View). As she is a known case of asthmatic so don't give many painkillers (NSAIDs). Is she Diabetic?. Pain will not come down even after taking good painkillers or transdermal patches if a patient's blood sugar levels are not under control. So please get these tests also done.
-FBS
-PLBS
-HBa1C
And review with reports to an orthopaedician and general physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
