How Can Hairline Fracture Be Diagnosed?

Hi There, I tripped and my little finger got twisted in a door jam (I can explain better if you don t see it). It has remained slightly bent since then. A) Can it be straightened out? B) Is this a hairline fracture. C) this happened about a year ago...can it be corrected?
