How Can Fungal Skin Infection On The Legs And Thighs Be Treated?

Hi! I am suffering fungul infections since last 1 yr on my thighs n inner legs area. I took clotrimazole , seriva cream but I couldn t find any improvement ...It goes n comes back n itches during night a lot. 1. Prescribe me best medicine . 2. We r trying to conceive a baby , so does these treatment affect fertility ? 3 I feel itches inside my lower bellyy some days or before few days of my periods , so I want to know there can be ring warm inside my ovaries or utres ? Plz. Sole my queries n suggest reliable treatment so I can get pregnant w/o side effect of these medicine .

Hi,

You have to continue treatment for 4-6 weeks. Maintain good hygiene and avoid steroid drugs that may cause immunosuppression.

Use tablet Fluconazole. Use Candid-B cream.

Also, check if your partner also has an infection. In case there is an infection then it needs to be treated.

If symptoms not improved please consult your dermatologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
