Hi i just found out my bottom lip has frost bite on it. It has ben a couple of days since i first got it. I was applying ice directly to my lip for around 30 minutes which i shouldn t have done. But the part of my lip is now black. Will that go away naturally or should i do something about it
Hi, Thanks for choosing HCM. Frost bite on lips take a while to go. What should concern you is "tingling and numbness or unrelenting pain". If you have either of these symptoms, you should consult your GP. If you don't have any, do not do anything further, it is likely that you may get relief over the next couple of days. Hope this helps.
