General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

During frost bite, you should do:
1) Keep yourself warm
2) Do not go outside to avoid re-exposure
3) You can drink warm liquid like tea, coffee
4) Move to a warm place
5) Keep yourself well hydrated

I will suggest you to consult with the physician immediately if symptoms get worsened.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
