How Can Frequent Inflammation In The Knees, Especially While Bending, Be Treated?

I have some burning sensation in both knees. Not always, but when I bend knee in a certain way. Does not happen when I just walk, mostly if I bend. I do Zumba gentle 2x week; do circuit 3x week and a core and balance class 2x week. Does not limit me, but I notice happening more often.

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

How old are you? Inflammation may be due to osteoarthritis, gout, rheumatoid arthritis etc.

Before treating the condition we have to diagnose the cause of this problem.

Avoid heavy weight lifting, regular exercise, intake of Chondroitin Sulfate and Hyaluronic Acid.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
