How Can Floater In The Eye Due To Retinal Tear Be Treated?

I had a fairly large retinal tear this past Friday and was fortunate to be able to have laser surgery to repair the same day. That being said, I developed a new large floater and that eye has a haze like looking through a screen door. Also, I occasionally see spots of blood that goes away. Is all of this normal and should the hazing over the eye and the new large floater go away?
