How Can Flatulence And Vomiting Sensations, Post Having Food, Be Treated?

I am 45+, height 5ft 5 inch, after having food , I feel somewhat rotten gas being produced and some times vomitting like condition is being felt. Besides while walking fast i am feeling an irritation, just at the bottom of the throat. pl. prescribe medicine

u can take 1 panD capsule empty stomach early morning ..take it for few days.. if u feel comfortable.. then don't take it.. but if problem occurs then u can take this medicine.. but also consult your doctor
