How Can Flashes And Cold Sweats Be Avoided?

i have been having very strong hot flashes/cold sweats for about three weeks now. I go for blood tomorrow but I have a bump that its kinda itchy but painful to wipe inbetween my buttock checks. Not sure if it like chappping form the sweating so much. but what can i use to eliminate this

I really appreciate your concern, if your main concern is bump then no need to worry about this because it may not be due to any disease but it could be nonspecific one, better to keep this under observation if this goes on increasing in size then it may needed clinical examination else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
