Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a right flank pain after 3 hours of sleep for the past 10 days. When I wake up in the morning there is no pain . I went to the Dr and take ultrasound scan. In that he diagnosed I have a mild fatty liver. What should I Doo to releave from the pain
Right-sided flank pain is generally caused by a rental stone or gallbladder stone or acute appendicitis. But you have mentioned that you got an ultrasound scan and it showed only mild fatty liver all these causes have been ruled out. Mild fatty liver will not cause pain. It may be a muscular pain that you are experiencing. I would advise you to apply heat to the area and take a muscle relaxant containing Chlorzoxazone. If you are not relieved get yourself checked by a surgeon.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Nazma.amman,
