i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia today. She took me off tizanidine 2mg 3\per day and 5.325 2\day for my scoliosis pains for my age of 43. Had surgery in 89. Now I m prescribed tramadol and flexoral for fibromyalgia. Is this ok and should I be on something like lyrica or other meds? Thanks for nothing!!!! You should have said this cost money on my card. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

That is a good combination for your pain relief, and it will help a lot.

So you should start taking it, and if the pain is controlled, then nothing require because fibromyalgia is a condition in which cause is not known. Therefore, the only treatment is pain medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
