How Can Fever In A Toddler Be Treated?

Hi, My baby age is 3.5yrs.She is suffering from fever.When i give her Sinarest syrup the fever goes down after some time the fever goes up. Medical shop gives me two medicine for this....first is Sinarest syrup & second is Azithral Liquid 200.Is thi combination for fever is correct or,i have to use another medicine.

it is fine and give this only for 3 to 5 days not more than that.baby will get fine in few days as babies are fast to recover
