Hello,

There is no specific treatment for fatty liver. But you can improve your condition and prevent its progress by doing the following:
1. You need to quit smoking and drinking alcohol, if you are habituated to.
2. You need to eat balanced and healthy diet by consuming low quantities of carbohydrates and fats with proper quantities of dietary fibers.
3. You need to exercise regularly.
4. Take antioxidant compound medications containing vitamin E, selenium, lipoic acid, and vitamin C regularly.
5. Take vitamin D supplementation along with calcium and phosphorus regularly.

Get an ultrasound scan done once every 6 months to know the status of the liver functioning and consult a physician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
