Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

Your main concern seems to be acne spots/ post acne marks which may be reddish or dark in color.
Spots are a common complication of acne & are a result of acne induced inflammation.
The cream that you inquire here is a moderately potent topical steroid, fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream and has no role whatsoever in acne or acne spots.
Therefore I won't advice you to use this cream.
I suggest you to use a topical retinoid e.g adapalene gel over the affected are once daily at night.
Adapalene is comedolytic, therefore would take care of acne. It also helps fade spots left over by acne.
Day time you may use a cream containing a pigment reducing agent e.g kojic acid to gradually lighten acne spots.
In addition you may use topical clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel during day time if you develop active acne lesions.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist for an exact assessment of your skin condition and appropriate prescription.
