Hello, I and my son tend to gain weight in the mid-line which is the waist. What is the fastest & healthiest way to prevent more weight or to loose it? I m 49 but not overweight too much; my son is 22, but for the Marines he s overweight for his height & weight too. Can you help, we have started by eating by portions & eating healthier. He also has a condition that the treatment he s on; was told by his doctor would gain some weight. my son just doesn t remember 7 don t want to discourage him.
If it is gynaecoid obesity then the best treatment would be exercise. Without exercising the muscles of the tummy the fat doesn't reduce at all. Even though you try hundred diet schedules but it takes time to tone up your abdominal muscle by exercise. It is the best and only way out there. Kindly do some sit-ups in bed only without taking any support of hand and knee to be straight. Try doing simple exercise which will tone up your belly muscles. Walk only 30min per day.
