How Can Excessive Vaginal Discharge Be Treated?

Please am stella, please I have been experiencing vaginal discharge since I was 10 year I went to the hospital and the doctor me to go for scan I did and the scan says I have ovarien cyst he gave medication after taking the drugs he ask me to go for another one then i did and the second scan was saying there is malfluid from my pouch of douglas but yet still the discharge is still flowing can u pls help me out

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It looks like you have PID, Pelvic inflammatory disease & hence the fluid in the pouch of douglas. Visit a Gynae & get pelvic examination done along with cervical culture & urine test. Depending upon the reports you may need to go through a few more investigations if needed. In the meantime take calcium tablets & Multivitamin supplements. Take care of your hygiene. You can take Secnil forte & Azithromycin for 10-14 days. Before this get connected with a Gynae.
